I am slowly putting the history of the twenty five Reading Junior Days together and eventually hope to make this available in booklet form. Whilst I have details of each of the events I would welcome YOUR contribution(s) if you were either a junior magician who attended - a mature magician who attended - or one of the regular members of the team that helped run J-Day.

A number of our own HCMS current members were first seen at one of the days and many of the present names in the magical world took part in the competitions and either came out with a trophy or gained the knowledge and experience to go further in magic.

Whether you are a member reading this or somebody looking at our website. then I would be pleased to hear from you; either with your thoughts, tales or comments. I know that a number of "our J-Day youngsters" gained their first insight to the wider world of magic and the friendship which goes with this. So please let me have anything which can be used in the finished article.
