The society requires all prospective members to print, complete, and sign the Membership Application Form

If you cannot print the form, please let us know and we will arrange for a copy to be given to you. All prospective members are asked to complete this form fully, and bring it along to a society meeting. You should also bring along a cheque made payable to HCMS for the sum of £35.00. This covers your joining fee, and first years subscription (£30.00). Both of these should be given to the member secretary, or another member of the council acting on their behalf.

You also need to make sure that you are proposed, and seconded by two existing members of good standing. If you are new and do not currently know two existing members, please talk to the membership secretary who will be able to help you.

You should put as much information as you can into the form to allow the council to make a decision on your eligibility to join the society. You should also take some time to read and understand our Rules and Constitution, as, by signing the form and submitting an application. You are agreeing to abide by these rules so long as you remain a member of the society.
