Our sister site, Magic Convention Guide has a complete run down on the names and new events planned for Blackpool 2009, all artists are subject to contract, and events are subject to change.

There are some new events, mainly a combined stage and closeup championship for the title of 'World Champion Master Magician' and a prize of $10,00, a special mentalism session entitled 'A Melange of Master Mentalists' featuring no less than James Randi, Ian Rowland and Richard Osterlind. Also a new 'Junior British Magical Close Up Championships' will take place over the weekend.

There will also be 'an audience with..' session featuring Jeff McBride and Eugene Burger as well as the usual star lectures, international closeup and other events.
