Joshua Jays new book Magic: The Complete Course in Becoming a Magician is now available for order from Amazon and is also heading for pretty much every bookstore in the USA and potentially the UK.

Being described as 'The Tarbell of the 2000's' Joshua is not a non name putting out a magic exposure book. In fact Joshua is very straight on why the books been produced. In an interview with iTricks.com he said that the book is not a exposure book for the public, its a work that people need to spend time with, and learn, and if someone is committed to learning, then they deserve to have secrets shared with them.

The contents of the book covers a 'complete course', the only other mainstream publication of magic as really been Mark Wilsons complete course in magic, and Josh's book also comes with (showing the times) a DVD.

A quality book on magic for the public can only push those with a genuine interest in magic into our art, but for those wishing to find a quick exposure or explaination of the latest TV effect, I think this book will thankfully dissapoint them.
