March 3rd 2010 - Cameron Francis
| We are extremely pleased to be able to say that we have secured Cameron Francis to lecture on 3rd March 2010. Cameron Francis is an actor and magician currently living in Gainesville, Florida.
He has created many original effects and has collaborated with some of the top names in close up magic, including Dave Forrest, Aldo Colombini, Peter Duffie and Richard Sanders.
He has had tricks published in Genii Magazine, Magic Magazine, Magician Magazine and the Stone Cold Magic e-magazine. Cameron is lecturing only TWICE in the UK, and this will be his FIRST UK lecture, making this an evenign not to miss.

Please note that some filming for Camerons DVD will take place during the evening. |

The Home Counties Magical Society is pleased to announce the 2010 Black Tie Dinner. This year's event will be held at the beautiful Sonning Golf Club on Friday 14th May 2010. 7.30pm for 8pm.
As last year, the evening will include a sumptuous three-course meal, raffle prizes and the chance to catch up with friends and members of the Society. The Society has always prided itself on managing to book the best evening entertainment for this event, and it is with considerable pleasure that top of the bill for this year will be Mike O'Brien |

Join us for a great evening with professional magician, writer, lecturer, comedian and all round nice guy Mark James. Marks lecture will be in two parts, the first half mainly close-up magic, and the second half stand-up and comedy magic. |

Thom Peterson joined us last year, and his lecture was met with such positive comments that we're bringing him back for a brand new lecture. This lecture will be completely different to last years and Thom will only be doing 2 card effects, the reminder of the lecture will be non-card effects, covering close-up and stand-up magic. |
