The Home Counties Magical Society comprises of a wide, mixed and very rich spectrum of the magic community. Our members cover every aspect of magic from Children's magic, Close-up, and Stage, through to Mentalism. Many well known and respected magicians have either been members or have had an association with our society. The society welcomes members both young and old, and you will find many professional, Semi-Professional and Hobbyist members within our society. One of the many aims of the society, as set out in our rules and constitution is to promote and advance the art of magic, as well as arranging lectures, exhibitions and functions to facilitate social intercourse and exchange of ideas between magicians. This means that members are encouraged to learn, share and interact with each other, this is evident from the number of members, and their willingness to perform on club nights, as well that the caliber of lecturers that we receive. You will be guaranteed a friendly, warm and enlightening welcome from our members, and we look forward to welcoming you along. |
